Rebekah Prasad has worked as a primary care pediatric provider in the city of Rochester for the past six
years. She believes that everyone deserves a fair and just opportunity to be healthier and loves
participating with families in reaching their health goals.
Rebekah has followed the work of the institute over the past 14 years through her relationship with the
founder of the institute Arun Gandhi, her husband’s grandfather. She has appreciated his efforts to live
selflessly and plant seeds of peace, most recently in the Rochester area. She is excited to support the
work of the Institute moving forward.
Rebekah has a bachelors of science for Cornell University, and a masters form Harvard School of Public
Health concentrated in the area of maternal and child health, as well as a masters of Science from
Simmons College. In her free time she enjoys spending time with all of her family and dogs in
Rochester and elsewhere.
